Try a delicious Nutribatido with hemp seeds, this tiny grain is a nutrient bomb and a delicious food that you can use in any recipe.

 Hemp seeds?

 Hemp seeds are both soft and consistent, a little like cooked quinoa, with a creamy, nutty flavor similar to sunflower seeds. Although hemp seeds and marijuana are members of the same species, cannabis sativa, they are actually completely different plants and contain 0.001% THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.

 – 1 cup of almond milk

– 1/2 pre-frozen banana

– 1 small cup of blueberries

-1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

– Coconut for decoration

Preparation:

 – Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until well blended. Pour into a glass and decorate with grated coconut. That is it, super easy!
