When it’s cold, there’s nothing richer than a delicious cup of hot chocolate. Well, how about giving it a special touch by adding some cannabis. If the plan sounds good to you, in this post we leave you the recipe to prepare it, easily.

Be sure to have all the necessary ingredients for this drink, which consist of 5 grams of ground marijuana (decarboxylated), a cup of whole milk, ½ cup of light cream and a bag of chocolate powder.

1) Decarboxylate the cannabis

The first thing you must do is decarboxylate the ground cannabis in an oven or toaster, to do this, preheat the oven to 120 degrees centigrade, and bake the marijuana in a sheet of aluminum foil for about 15 minutes. With this process, the THCA will be transformed into THC.

After taking it out of the oven, shred it with the help of a grinder or with your own hands to leave it in powder.

2) Simmer

Then, mix the whole milk with the cream in a pan over low heat. Then add the ground cannabis.

Let this mixture simmer for 30 minutes. In case the milk starts to boil you can take it off the heat, wait for it to cool down a bit and then put it back.

3) Strain and mix

Strain the preparation into a pitcher or cup, and try to squeeze the cannabis to get all the milk. To get our drink ready, add the chocolate and stir it to mix it.

Be careful with the amounts of cannabis you add to your recipes, remember that there are many strains of marijuana that vary in potency and THC levels, and not everyone reacts the same way to these psychoactive substances.

In addition, it is necessary that you keep in mind that you must consume with moderation any edible of marijuana because, these take more time in making effect (compared to other methods of cannabis consumption), therefore, if you abuse the portions, you can live a negative experience.

On the other hand, there are those who recommend that there is not to consume this cup of cannabis chocolate with the empty stomach.
