How to make your cannabutter at home in 5 steps

Ingredients you will need:
-1 cup of butter
-1 cup (7-10 grams) of ground cannabis, decarboxylated
1- To begin with, it is advisable to decarboxylate cannabis. Grind your weed, and place your Mary Jane in the oven at a temperature of approximately 110°C for 30 to 45 minutes. When this time has passed, let it cool down.
2- Add 1 cup of water and the cup of butter in a pot or saucepan. Cook over low heat and let the butter melt. The water will help prevent the butter from burning.
3- You can then add your mote to the butter, let the mixture simmer for 2 to 3 hours, and stir occasionally. The mixture should never boil totally.
4- Once you have completed the previous step, strain the mixture into a large bowl to remove the remaining buds. Pour the liquid into a jar and refrigerate for a few hours; until the butter has solidified.
5- If excess water forms at the bottom of the jar, you can remove the solid butter with a knife and drain the water.
