If you are one of those cannabis users just starting out in this world, here are some simple tips you can follow that will also help you avoid unpleasant experiences.

1. Research and diversify

As you may know, there are many different methods of consuming cannabis such as edibles, concentrates, joints, blunts or vaporizers, and each one gives you a unique sensation. Before trying one, be sure to research the type of experience it offers, its benefits and the time it takes for the effects to manifest.

For example, in the case of edibles, the effects tend to be slower than the other methods mentioned, so be especially careful about the doses of the portions you eat.

Once you have acquired the necessary information about the different ways of using cannabis, when you decide to try one of these methods, we advise you to do so at home and in the company of a more experienced friend.

2. Know the strain you will use

Similarly, it is very important that you know the variety of cannabis you are going to use. You will see that there are many strains and they vary in THC content, effects, flavors and aromas.

Also, look for quality marijuana. If you don’t want to get a nasty surprise later, it’s best to buy it from reputable banks or grow it yourself; of course, using quality seeds as well.

3. Moderate your consumption

If you have been non-smoking for a long time or do not know your limits, it is advisable to moderate your cannabis use and not to rush into a joint or use it beyond your capacity.

Instead, use slowly, and wait and see how your body reacts. This will ensure a pleasant experience.
