Although marijuana stems contain small amounts of resin, it is a material that can be very useful and you can use.

1- Cannabutter

The food lovers surely like the idea of learning to prepare cannabutter, this ingredient is perfect for making a variety of dishes. If you already finished your buds, do not worry, with the marijuana stems you can also make it.

In order to begin with your recipe of butter, it is ideal that your stems are decarboxylated, if not yet they are it, it neglects, is very easy.

To carry out the decarboxylation process, preheat the oven to 110°C, place the stems on a tray, and leave it in the oven for 1 hour.

Once it is ready, get the same grams of butter as the stems. When you have the ingredients, melt the butter over a low heat, then add the crushed stems and let the mixture boil over a low heat for 30 minutes. When this time has passed, strain your butter and let it rest in the fridge to make it curdle.

2- Make yourself a tea

Another alternative you can choose to use your cannabis stems, is to prepare a tea.

Once the stems have been decarboxylated, cut them into small pieces and add them to a pot of water and whole milk, and boil the mixture over a low heat, stirring constantly and allowing it to cook for at least 10 minutes. Finally, strain the stems, and add honey or sugar to taste.


Another option that may pass through your mind is to smoke the marijuana stems, but it is not recommended to do so, because it can produce a rough smoke, and also cause a sore throat, cough, among others.
