Autoflowering cannabis plants are quite requested by cannabis growers both indoors and outdoors, and it is not for less, the truth is that these plants offer a great variety of characteristics and qualities that make them unique.
Many of these specimens are very potent and of high quality, but we are sure that at some point you have wondered why your auto plants are so small. Well, don’t worry, we’ll tell you in a moment.
Genetically autoflowering marijuana strains usually have a smaller height than the rest of cannabis strains, usually this type of strain reaches an average height of about 50-80 cm, however, its final size depends not only on genetics, but also on the growing conditions provided by each grower.
It is important to keep in mind that autoflowering sativa seeds tend to grow a little longer than autoflowering indica seeds, and the latter can mature in fewer weeks than the former.
If you bought a plant with a short and short phenotype, you don’t have to despair, as we told you before, many of these plants are able to offer powerful and firm buds. Make sure you get good genetics and quality seeds.
In any case, if your plant is even smaller than expected, you may not have provided them with the necessary elements for its proper development (nutrients, pH, lighting, containers of the right size, watering, among others).
You see, it is worth noting that autoflowering plants have a limited time to recover from any problems, so you need to make sure you provide them with all the conditions they need if you want to have healthy plants with delicious buds.
