What is cannabis regeneration?
Regenerating marijuana consists of returning the plant to its vegetative state. You will see, generally, the marijuana is a plant of annual flowering; therefore, its cycle of life is of only one season. This plant grows when the days are long and flowers when they are short, and once it reaches the end of its life cycle, it ends up dying.
Well, precisely as we explained in the previous paragraph, regenerating marijuana will allow you to harvest the buds of your plant and then grow the same plant again for a second harvest.
Like everything in life, the regeneration of the cannabis has positive and negative aspects. Part of the advantages are the opportunity to preserve a phenotype and to save time (compared to if you grow another plant from the beginning).
Of course, as we mentioned before, this method also has its disadvantages because, it is a little difficult, and these plants provide smaller harvests. Besides, this method can cause stress to the plant, so before practicing it you should understand very well how it is done so that no mistakes are made. Keep in mind that this process can be different indoor and outdoor growing, when it is about of autoflowering cannabis.
