Harvesting buds before the right time
We all want to harvest our buds as soon as possible, right? But, you need to know that if you cut your flowers before the right time for it, the quality of your Mary Jane will not be the same.
You see, harvesting a marijuana plant with time means losing a lot of its potential, and that includes both its delicious taste and its effects.
Also, if you want to get the most buds out of your growing, then it may not be a good idea to cut your flowers first. However, there are a number of reasons why growers should harvest much earlier than normal, for example, to avoid mold and pests.
If your cannabis is outdoors, bad weather can damage your harvest, so if you can’t shelter your plants, then you may need to cut them much earlier; however, keep in mind that if the buds are not mature, the cannabinoids in your girls will likely be too low. If you have no other option, try to cut the buds a few days before the stipulated date, as this way the potency loss could be less.
