You see, in this type of growing you have to place lamps or bulbs to provide the lighting that your girls need, but, if they are not placed at the right distance they can cause various problems to your weed, one of them is light burns.

Signs of light burns
Light burns are precisely one of the most common drawbacks in cannabis growing, and it usually occurs when the bulbs are too close to the plants.
There are signs that will indicate that your girls are suffering from light burn, an example of this is when you notice that the upper leaves of your weed turn yellow, although keep in mind that the change in color of the leaves also be due to nutritional deficiencies.
Another sign of light burn in cannabis plants is that there is a discoloration of the buds, they will take a pale white color and are likely to be less potent.
How to prevent it?
Better safe than sorry says the saying, which is very true, it is preferable to take precautions in your marijuana growing to avoid fatal consequences in the future.
If you suspect that your plant may be suffering from light burn, what you should do is increase the distance between your bulbs and plants or reduce the intensity of the lights.
Some growers recommend that in case of not being able to move the lamps, to bend the plants downwards to increase the distance or in any case to remove the top of the strain, the latter remember to do it only if your flowers are still in the growing phase.
